UPDATE 10/21: The sync appears to be working now, but I still think some items are missing. I had to install a third party (paid) tool to import the items, and it still took longer than I would have liked. I don’t know if any of my issues were a result of the AWS outage, but it seems to be resolved for the moment.
I’m not entirely sure what’s going on, but items aren’t syncing properly from the POS to the web site. It seems to be a common issue for Square/WooCommerce, without an actual solution. I managed to upload all the items to the site, but there are no pictures. 🙄 Yeah, I used an emoji here because I’m annoyed.
I think the best I can do at this point is to update once a week with an manual upload. That means no pictures, which is not the solution I want long term. I can’t get any real answers and I’m not sure I will to be quite honest. I’ll keep you posted.
