Returns on new items ONLY may be issued or requested within 14 days of purchase as long as item is in the same condition as it was sold to the customer. Used books are sold in various conditions, and we do not issue returns based on condition of used items unless an item was damaged by the carrier (USPS).
Defective merchandise (manufacturing or printing issue) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
